C/O FISH FUTURES

WINNIPEG, MANITOBA

Dear Mr. Don Lamont,

My name is Brianna Campbell and I am a student at Miles Macdonell Collegiate. I am fortunate enough to be a part of a great program at my school lead by my teachers Tim Au & Corey Kapilik called the Miles Macdonell Angling Club.

This year, we raised over $1000, and were able to present a cheque to the Kids Fishing for a Cure foundation at Selkirk Park on Saturday June 2nd for $1800.

On Thursday May 31st, our school organized our own Kids Fishing for a Cure derby. In total, we caught, measured, and released over 88 fish as well as participated in a river bank clean up.

Within our club, I was able to catch the most amounts of fish by a female member and therefore was fortunate to win a prize at our Angling Club's awards ceremony.

Out of the rods & reels, tackle box, hats, and lures that you and your organization donated, I chose the nice tackle bag. I know my fellow classmates were also happy with their choices of prizes. I also want to thank you for your time spent working with me and my fellow students, teaching us how to fish. Your expertise and time is greatly appreciated. On behalf of the students and teachers of Miles Macdonell Collegiate, I want to thank you for your continued support in our program.

Sincerely,

Brianna Campbell
